- Introduction to Zimbra Sales (English Only): In this 13-minute video, you will learn how to use the Zimbra sales master slide deck to create your own customized deck for sales calls.
- How to Sell Zimbra (Multiple Languages Available): In this 43-minute recording, you will learn how to sell Zimbra. This includes how to identify ideal Zimbra sales opportunities, how to apply the BANT sales method to Zimbra sales, and much more.
After you have watched both the recordings, you will proceed to the quiz (multiple languages available). The certification has 35 questions, and you must answer 80% of the questions correctly to pass and receive your Zimbra Sales Training Certification badge.
Note that some of the certification questions are based on Zimbra knowledge you should already know, such as Zimbra is the worldwide leader in open source collaboration software. Please review the slides from both presentations before proceeding to the certification.
